Melatonin and Magnesium Gummies: Compare Label Amounts
When comparing melatonin and magnesium gummies, read two ingredient amounts rather than treating the product name as a complete formula. Two bottles can contain both ingredients and still list different quantities, ingredient forms and serving information. This guide compares current published label information so you can identify those differences before choosing a product.
Compare melatonin and magnesium separately
Keep one row for melatonin and another for magnesium. The amount of one does not tell you the amount of the other. Adding their numbers into a single total also removes the ingredient identity that makes a label comparison useful. Record each name, amount and unit alongside the serving size.
The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements label information describes serving size and ingredient amounts as separate parts of the Supplement Facts panel. Read the full panel and other-ingredients list, rather than relying only on the front of the bottle.
A comparison using the same two-gummy serving
The examples below were checked on 2 November 2026 (UTC) against the current Dr Gummy product information and Nature Made’s own product page. Both describe a serving of two gummies, allowing the named amounts to be read beside the same serving count.
| Product example | Melatonin | Magnesium |
|---|---|---|
| Dr Gummy Deep Sleep | 5 mg | 10 mg |
| Nature Made Melatonin + Magnesium Gummies | 3 mg | 100 mg |
Magnesium form information: the verified Dr Gummy product table names magnesium without specifying a form; check the current bottle for that detail. The Nature Made source identifies magnesium citrate.
These are published label amounts, not a ranking of health effects, safety or suitability. The table shows selected ingredients only, not either product’s complete formula. It does not establish that the products are interchangeable, or that a larger number is better for a particular person. Product information can change; check the current bottle and seller’s product details before ordering.
Do not assume a magnesium form from the product name
A search for a named magnesium form asks a more specific question than whether a gummy contains magnesium. If you are looking for citrate, glycinate or another form, check that the actual label identifies it. A product name or a different brand’s ingredient list does not establish the form in the bottle you are considering.
Where a verified product entry does not provide that detail, leave it unresolved. For Dr Gummy product questions, use the product help contact page and check your current bottle. Do not substitute another product’s form or amount to fill a missing detail.
Serving count and directions remain separate
The current Deep Sleep product information lists 60 gummies, two gummies per serving and 30 servings per bottle. Its 5 mg and 10 mg figures describe the whole two-gummy serving, not each gummy. Those figures should not be multiplied by two when copying the label into a comparison.
Comparison arithmetic is not an instruction to change how much you take. Follow the directions and warnings on your actual bottle, and ask a qualified health professional about suitability or overlap with medicines and other supplements. The FDA supplement-labeling guide explains serving and ingredient declarations. Our general ingredient and serving-size guide covers the broader shopping checklist.
Choose the formula before choosing the bottle offer
For Deep Sleep, eligible three- and six-bottle one-time bundles display 33% and 40% savings against the same number of single bottles. Buying more bottles does not change the formula or the amount in one labeled serving.
Subscribe & Save is a separate recurring choice: select one to six bottles of each eligible formula, pay at checkout, then pay automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Six bottles save 35%; the other quantity tiers have their own discounts. Bundle and subscription discounts do not combine. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Return to Deep Sleep for the current formula, availability, price and purchase selector.
