1. Agreement
By using https://dr-gummy.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Site. You must
be 18+ to purchase.

Dr Gummy sells gummy dietary supplements. Product images, descriptions, and nutritional information
are provided in good faith but may contain minor inaccuracies. We are not liable for typographical errors
and reserve the right to correct them.
Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These
statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory authority.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties unless stated.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and Cash on Delivery (where available). We reserve
the right to change prices and correct errors without notice.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription orders auto-renew at the interval chosen at checkout. You authorize recurring charges to
your payment method. Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing contact@dr
gummy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Bundles
Bundle pricing applies only when all items in the bundle are purchased together. Individual items within a
bundle are not sold separately at the bundle discount.

All content, the “Dr Gummy” trademark, logos, product formulations, and website design are owned by

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUMMY DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS LLC SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL
LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall
be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Eligibility
- Applies to all one-time purchases, bundles, and the first shipment of subscriptions.
- You must request the refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Applies even if the product have not been opened.

How to Claim
Email contact@dr-gummy.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions if applicable.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If
damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the
current billing cycle. The 60-day guarantee applies to the first shipment only
